Heritage Xperiential Learning School is affiliated with the Central Board for Secondary Education (CBSE) up to the Senior Secondary level (Grade 12). Its curriculum is based on the recommended curriculum set by the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) and it takes into account the recommendations made by NCERT in the National Curriculum Framework (NCF) 2005. It is designed by our own teachers under the guidance of experts from all around the world, providing enough scope for children to explore, inquire and experience themselves and the world around them. You can visit the NCERT website at www.ncert.nic.in to familiarise yourself with their recommendations.
Our CBSE results are consistently among the highest in the country with class averages being in the range of 90%. This coupled with top rankings, recognition and certificates cements our position among the top CBSE schools in Gurgaon and among the best CBSE schools in India.
The International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) curriculum at Heritage Xperiential Learning School, aligning with the school’s own vision, helps our students — the 21st century citizens — think globally and act locally.
The curriculum develops learners’ knowledge, understanding and skills and sets clear goals for students and teachers. Our faculty not only teach the subject-content in class, but also facilitates the application of values both within and outside the classroom. The programme is committed to helping our diverse student-body increase competence and expand academic horizon.
The International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme (DP) is a demanding pre-university course of study that leads to external examinations and is designed for highly motivated students aged between 16 and 19. Through the DP, schools are able to develop students who have an excellent breadth and depth of knowledge and thrive physically, intellectually, emotionally and ethically.
Heritage Xperiential Learning School started with the first cohort of IB DP students in July 2015 and the July 2017 results bears testimony to our students’ achievement. Our students have performed brilliantly with a class average score of 36 points (usually the entry level for top Ivy League colleges) – clearly placing us as one of the top IB schools in India.
