The online updating of profile data for students is open from 30th January to 15th February 2018. Please review the data already recorded for your child. In case an update of any information is required, please make the required change through the “Change Request Form” section on the ERP.

The areas you can request a change are listed in the drop down under the ‘Select Request Type’ section. Online change/ update can be requested broadly for contact information like mobile numbers, email ID, residential and official address, phone numbers, primary and secondary numbers, emergency contact number, qualifications, designation, company name and parent’s DOB.

You may apply for a change for the child’s DOB, Aadhar Card, nationality, gender, personal doctor name and Blood Group through the ERP as well. However, due to the sensitivity of this information, all supporting documentation will have to be uploaded at the time of submitting the request. The same will be approved only after verification of the documents by the registrar’s office.

Areas that are critical to student identity or personal details require documentation as evidence (e.g. change in child’s name or parent name, class and section etc.) and cannot be changed on the ERP through the ‘change request’ form. You will need to contact the school registrar office personally to request these changes due to the sensitivity of this data.

Please note that currently there may be some fields in the student profile for your child which are not updated. It is imperative that all fields are populated and accurate so that the ID cards can be printed for the new session. The Blood Group will be printed on identity cards.

The ID Card will be printed as per the information received by or before 15th February 2018. In case you do not update the data by 15th February 2018, the previously recorded data for your child will be considered as final.

Student profile data is used for generation of identity cards for the next session and for all communication from the school. Do note that as per the school’s communication protocol, all central circulars are sent to the primary contact. Parents have the option of specifying the primary contact at the time of updating the student profile. Missing or incomplete data would result in our inability to pass on important term end/ new term information.
