Dear Parents,

Greetings from the Heritage School Gurgaon. We are writing to inform you of a change we are making in the timings for Class XI as a direct response to concerns you have raised and requests you have made. We recognize the need to support students who are preparing for competitive examinations outside of school as well as those students who need additional tutoring, either as remediation or as enrichment, with their subject teachers here at school.

Beginning from September 24, school timings for Class XI will be from 7:45 to 1:45. Extra classes will be held in all subjects for selected students from 1:45 to 3:00. Students will be informed of the timetable for these tutorials ahead of time.

Students availing of school transportation will board the Junior Program bus at 1:45 p.m. as space allows—which may mean they will have to stand. Students staying back for extra class can travel by their regular route at 3:00 p.m. This provision will be made for the remainder of the current school term, but we have not yet finalized the provision for transporting Class 11 and 12 students for the new term. We will communicate with you regarding the new term as soon as possible.

Please note that it is compulsory for students to stay back for tutorials if so advised by their subject teachers. As always, we seek your cooperation in assuring that the program runs successfully.
