School closed for classes VI to XII till 8 July 20

Dear Parents,
Greetings from The Heritage School Gurgaon. As you have no doubt heard by now if you have children in Classes VI through XII, we have made the decision to close school for the remainder of the week for all students. We have come to this conclusion after careful consideration and in compliance with the directive from the Haryana government.
We appreciate your support as we make it clear, however, that we regard this not as an extended vacation but as “school from home.” The teachers will be attending school all week and will make it a priority to prepare meaningful homework assignments from the syllabus, so that we do not lose momentum but can continue to build on the work we have begun in the last two weeks.
Though regular classes are canceled for all of our students, we will be holding the following special activities which are important and would otherwise be difficult to reschedule:

Again, we will be organizing homework for students to do this week from home, so please watch for those e-mails and help us reinforce the importance of doing the work. All work will be assessed and we expect that it will be completed by Monday, July 9 when the students return to school.
