Subject – Orientation Programme for Class VIII (Session 2012-13)

Dear Parents,

With your children moving into Class VIII, it is yet another milestone in their transition into young adulthood. They will have new friends, new teachers, new class rooms as well as new pedagogy.

The Senior Programme strives to provide a blend of academic rigour with a concurrent emphasis on co-scholastic development.

You would probably be aware that CBSE has implemented Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) with effect from October 2009. Accordingly, CCE is now an integral part of assessment from Classes VIII to X.

The Orientation Programme scheduled on 31st March’12 in the MP Hall will include familiarization with the CCE Framework, details of Work Experience Programmes etc.
