Core Skills Programme for Badminton and Cricket
Dear Parents,
Keeping with our goals of providing world class sports training in our schools, we at The Heritage Schools are proud to announce the tie-up with TENVIC for implementing a grassroots level sports development programme in our school for Cricket and Badminton.

TENVICis a company co-founded by Anil Kumble, Vasanth Bharadwaj & Diinesh Kumble. Sporting Icons like Prakash Padukone and VVS Laxman are also a part of TENVIC. The Core Skills Development programme of TENVIC is scientifically structured to unearth the intrinsic talent of school children.

In evaluating several options for setting up academies we understood that the key lies in having a method. In the absence of a method an academy is only as good as the trainer. TENVIC draws on its huge global network of sports persons and coaches to develop a truly world class program.

The coaching content developed by TENVIC involves video instructions, manuals which are written and supervised by world class sporting icons. The content will also be made available online through TENVIC’s proprietary software which will aid in accessibility of the content from the comfort of the student’s home. This is truly a pioneering product un-paralleled in the country.

Students are trained and instructed by coaches who have gone through a rigorous certification programme designed by global experts in their respective sports. These coaches will be placed permanently in our school.

Students will be enrolled in Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced learner categories. The coaching would be thrice a week for 60-90 minutes. Currently we are offering only Badminton and Cricket.

TENVIC is also creating finishing centres of excellence for gifted players coming out of the schools program, for further development.

This partnership between Heritage and TENVIC represents the launch of the Program in North India and both institutions are happy and proud to be associated with each other.
