Sub: Class XII- Finalization of List of Candidates registered with CBSE

Dear Parents,

We are in the process of finalizing the List of Candidates of Class XII registered with CBSE. The details (as registered last year based on parents input) will be re-verified by the students. We request you to send the registration fee and photographs to complete the registration process as per the following details:

1. The basic registration fee applicable is Rs. 600/-. Additionally Rs 40/- has to be paid for each practical examination the student is required to appear for. Please send the total amount due in cash.
2. Practical examinations are conducted for the following subjects – Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Psychology, Informatics Practices, Computer Science, Geography and Accountancy.
3. Please send two black & white high contrast passport size photographs (45mm x 35mm) which clearly indicate the name of the student along with the date of taking the photograph on the photograph itself. (Photograph should have been taken on or after 01.08.2011).

You are requested to send the registration fee and the photographs latest by 23rd September, 2011 to the class teacher.
