CPFL 2011-12 Registration

Dear Parents and Participants,

The wait is almost over now. Registration forms for the Conscient Premier Football League (CPFL) 2011-2012 are now available online on www.conscientfootball.in. They will also be available at the school reception from 15 July ’11. Submission of completed registration forms along with cheques/DD can be done on and after 20 July ’11.

For your convenience, we have attached a copy of the registration form with this mailer as well. You may share this information with friends and family who might be interested in participating. They will also be able to avail of the early bird offer if they register before 24 July ’11.
