Grade XI-KHOJ Update Ranichauri Group on 12th May

Dear Parent,All the participants had a comfortable night in their tents after a long journey to camp. Participants have been divided into Lions and Avengers.Both the teams had a light morning exercises and as weather has cleared up, they are now heading for activity sessions involving ropes and belay school. All these activities set up will be done by participants themselves and our Instructors will be providing the necessary instruction and will approve them before allowing them to go-ahead with activities. Idea is to make them utilize all the skills they have learnt over past many years…this will give them confidence and also address the fears associated with adventure and challenging assignments.2nd session will see participants going for Crop Improvement session with Professors of Uttarakhand Agriculture n Forestry university….this session is about introducing them with various research being carried out in University and we hope it will help ignite their love for alternate professions…besides making them appreciative of effort of motivated pros who are working towards taking care of our planet by carrying out research for preserving and maintaining our forests and development of our agriculture.Later they will have their team games and reflection session about the day…..Weather is slightly overcast but latest update is that it will clear up by 12 noon.Regards, KHOJ Team
