Dear Parent,

As we ready to reopen after the summer break we request you to confirm your preference for the meal offered by the school as per the form provided. Please choose by Tuesday (5th July, 2016) as the school needs time to plan accordingly. In case we do not receive your confirmation, we will assume your child will not take the school meal. Please note that no mid-quarter requests will be entertained
