Dear Parent,

The Heritage School, Gurgaon cordially invites you to YUJAN- ????- Fostering Togetherness, our annual Mela to be held on December 22nd, 2012 between 10am and 4 pm)(Ticket counter window close at 2:45pm)
For the smooth functioning of YUJAN, to avoid the rush at a particular hour and to accommodate parking effectively for the day, we have divided the hours as per class groups in the following manner:

ClassTimings

Nursery to Grade 1 -10am to 12 pm

Grades 2, 3 and 4 – 12 pm to 2 pm

Grades 5, 6 and 7 – 2 pm to 4 pm

Grades 8 to 12 Will be required as per duty schedule

Note to parents with more than one child in the school: Come when you can, stay as long as you like!
Please keep the following points in mind while preparing for YUJAN ––
About the Event

1. We are envisioning a fun-filled day to include various activities, stalls, games and entertainment.
2. Proceeds after we cover expenses will be donated to an NGO.

   About the Entry

1. Entry tickets will be available at the entry gates. No tickets will be sold beforehand.
2. One entry per ticket is permitted. No re-entry to the premises will be allowed on the used ticket.
3. All parents/ family are requested to carry the Parent ID card without which entry shall not be permitted. There is no limit to the number of people entering on the same ID card but everyone will buy individual tickets.
4. In case you have misplaced/ damaged the Parent ID card, kindly apply for one at the earliest. No last minute requests will be entertained. This measure has been taken to avoid any unauthorized personnel on the premises, for the safety and security of all!!

About your Child

1. All students from Grade 8-12 will be assigned a duty and must come to school according to their duty schedule.
2. Some students from other classes may also be assigned duties and must follow their schedule.
3. We request you to kindly make transport arrangements for your child for the day.
4. Bearing in mind the scope of the event we request you to ensure that students are appropriately & casually dressed.
