YUJAN-Fostering Togetherness Annual Mela

Dear Parent,
We are writing to you once again hoping that you too are looking forward to Yujan , our annual mela, as much as we are! We are enthusiastically exerting ourselves to make this event enjoyable and memorable for all of us as a community.
For the successful and smooth functioning of Yujan we will require your support in two ways.
First of all, we want to encourage you to come and bring your children and their grandparents with you!
SECOND, we hope you will volunteer to help out! We need help in different capacities, including (but not limited to) the following:
Stalls: Kindly volunteer your names for manning games stalls along with students for 2-3 hour shifts. Thank you to those who have already volunteered!
Traffic Management: Inviting volunteers for traffic management duty at the entry and exit gates in shifts of 3-4 hours
