She is also a registered member of the Bharatiya Counselling Association, and serves as an empanelled CBSE Resource Person. With over 9 years of experience as a Counseling Psychologist, Ankita leads student support services and helps in creating emotionally safe and inclusive environments within school communities . She has led initiatives that build emotional awareness, resilience, and a culture of acceptance among both students & teachers.

A versatile individual, Bhavna has been dedicated to the field of school administration for the past 13 years, honing exceptional organizational skills and an eye for detail. With in-depth knowledge of administrative tasks required for operating an effective school, she plays a crucial role in ensuring its smooth functioning.

DIMPLE SETHI

Passionate about nurturing young minds, Dimple is committed to enhancing literacy practices and creating enriching experiences for children in their early years. She holds a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE), a Bachelor’s degree in Home Science with a specialization in Resource Management, and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed). She has also completed the Foundational Course in Waldorf Early Childhood Teacher Training, further deepening her understanding of holistic, child-centered education.

Ezette is an internationally respected leader in education strategy, redefinition of curriculum and pedagogical change. She has designed and implemented curriculum frameworks internationally, most recently in Australia and the Middle East and was the head of curriculum for the Government of Abu Dhabi. She has also held Directorship and Principal positions in various locations around the world. Ezette holds Master of Education and Bachelor of Arts degrees with a double major in Linguistics and Literature and also holds numerous other graduate diplomas including the Teaching of Reading.

Kirandeep’s mastery of the Experiential Curriculum and Assessments for Learning is unparalleled. She has been instrumental in the creation of both the Junior and Middle Programmes in The Heritage School, catalyzing growth within the teacher community through her focus on curriculum innovation and reflective pedagogy. She has specialised in implementing best practices that support student learning, building teacher capacity with a key focus on empowering students to become self-reliant future-ready citizens of a global community. With a robust academic background, Kirandeep has pioneered classroom practices centred around exploration and inquiry, spearheading the development of multidisciplinary projects and significantly advancing teachers’ professional capacities. She attributes a lot of her learning to philosophies like Reggio Emilia and progressive leaders & organisations like Jodo Gyan, Waters Foundation to name a few.

MOHAN SAI EDARA

Mohan is a passionate leader with 12+ years in STEM and maker education, known for his hands-on approach and commitment to meaningful learning and innovative spaces. He has designed and established 100+ hands-on learning spaces that include STEM Labs, Makerspaces, Prototyping Centres, and Fab Labs across India and the UAE. He also co-founded Repairshala and advised startups.

SHAKUN

With over 19 years of experience in the education sector, Shakun has designed and implemented The Human Framework and the SEL curriculum across Heritage Xperiential schools both CBSE and international schools. She has been instrumental in building teacher capacity by pioneering training in Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) and well-being, directly shaping a school culture grounded in its foundational dharmic principles. She holds a masters degree in Sociology and a Bachelors in Elementary Education from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University.

Sonia has over 20 years of experience in research and education. She holds a Master’s degree in Medicinal Chemistry with two research publications to her credit. Sonia has been instrumental in designing and implementing the school-wide literacy program and assessment framework.
