Class IX & XI: CBSE Registration

Dear Parents,

We are in the process of filling the on-line CBSE registration forms for classes IX and XI. You are requested to note the following details regarding the same:

• Please verify the registration details in the form that is being forwarded to you. The details in the form have been filled as per school records.
• If there is any change involved in details of Date of birth, Fathers Name, Mothers name & spelling of the Students Name, please write it in the corresponding box on the right hand side (please use CAPITALS only).
• Any change in details should be accompanied by supporting documents and an affidavit duly signed by a first class magistrate.
• All fields are mandatory. Completed forms are to be signed by both parents.
• Verified forms, supporting documents and affidavit (if any) are to be submitted to the class teacher by Tuesday 27th August, 2013
• We have also arranged for the passport-size photographs, as per the format desired by the Board, to be clicked at the school on Tuesday, 27th August 2013. Please ensure that your ward is present in school on this day.
• The registration fee and photograph charges of ?250 will be included in the Q3 fee invoice.
