ANJU TALWAR
Head - Operations
A seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in education management and operations Anju brings a wealth of experience and discipline to school administration. A Science Graduate and Masters in Business Administration with specialisation in Operations, she is a seasoned problem solver and a firm believer in servant leadership. Anju spent 18 years with NIIT Ltd., where she led large-scale academic and operational initiatives. For the past 6 years, she has been an integral part of Heritage Xperiential Learning School, driving operational strategy and ensuring seamless execution across all functions.

ARCHANA KHANNA
Head- Special Education Needs (SEN)
Archana is a seasoned psychologist with over 26 years of experience in special education, learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and counselling. She leads a skilled team advancing inclusive education, neuropsychological assessment, IEP planning, vocational programs, and educator training. Archana plays a key role on the CIS Accreditation Team, supporting the school’s alignment with global excellence standards. A recipient of the Eklavya Excellent Educator Award, she is passionately committed to ensuring that every child, regardless of ability, thrives in both school and community.

EZETTE GRAUF
Consultant- Literacy Head, Heritage Xperiential Schools
Over 20 years of experience as a Leader in Education
Ezette is an internationally respected leader in education strategy, redefinition of curriculum and pedagogical change. She has designed and implemented curriculum frameworks internationally, most recently in Australia and the Middle East and was the head of curriculum for the Government of Abu Dhabi. She has also held Directorship and Principal positions in various locations around the world. Ezette holds Master of Education and Bachelor of Arts degrees with a double major in Linguistics and Literature and also holds numerous other graduate diplomas including the Teaching of Reading.

MOHAN SAI EDARA
Head- Makerspace, Heritage Xperiential Schools
Mohan is a passionate leader with 12+ years in STEM and maker education, known for his hands-on approach and commitment to meaningful learning and innovative spaces. He has designed and established 100+ hands-on learning spaces that include STEM Labs, Makerspaces, Prototyping Centres, and Fab Labs across India and the UAE. He also co-founded Repairshala and advised startups.

NEENA KAUL
Director and Principal
Over 35 years of experience in leading schools
Neena truly believes that education is the only medium that can create human beings with goodness that arises out of harmony between the mind and the heart, where there is craving to learn and grow with objectivity, and an urge to seek a balanced and contended life. Children if educated well can transform the society. With this vision at its core, Neena has served as an educator for the past 35 years in several roles starting from that of a Teacher, Principal and a Director. Her passion for teaching and her love for children got her to work “with” children and not just “for” them. She became a Principal at the early age of 26 and has established four top quality schools as the founding Principal. She holds a Master’s degree in English Literature and a Bachelor’s Degree in Science.

REKHA BHANOT
Head - Junior Programme
Over 16 years of experience in primary education
Rekha has contributed significantly to curriculum design and pedagogy coaching in HXLS. She has
worked in building foundational literacy and numeracy programmes embedded in meaningful
experiences for children. She has a Master’s degree in Social Work and a Bachelor’s degree in Foods
and Nutrition.

RESHMI DASTIDAR
Head – Middle Programme
Over 16 years of experience in middle and high school education
Reshmi has worked extensively in the field of designing assessments that empower students to take
charge of their own learning. She has also worked as an Instructional Coach, mentoring teachers.
Reshmi has a Master’s degree in Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Education.

SHAKUN
Consultant - Social Emotional Learning Head, Heritage Xperiential Schools
With over 19 years of experience in the education sector, Shakun has designed and implemented The Human Framework and the SEL curriculum across Heritage Xperiential schools both CBSE and international schools. She has been instrumental in building teacher capacity by pioneering training in Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) and well-being, directly shaping a school culture grounded in its foundational dharmic principles. She holds a masters degree in Sociology and a Bachelors in Elementary Education from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University.

VAISHALI THUKRAL
Head, Guidance and Counseling
With an M.Phil. In Guidance and Counselling and a Master’s in Education in Teaching and Learning from the University of Ottawa, Vaishali brings over two decades of expertise supporting student well-being in school settings. During this journey, she has also led the Special Education, Psychology, Career Guidance, and Counselling departments, fostering a culture of empathy, inclusion, and student-centered care. A passionate advocate for inclusive education, she believes every student deserves to be heard, valued, and empowered.
