Meal Plan Logistics

Dear Parent,

Thank you for your response to the recent meal circular. We are committed to providing solutions that meet the various needs of our families even though we do anticipate some logistical challenges as we implement these changes. We are grateful, therefore, that we can count on your support with the following:
 

1. Please help orient your children to ensure that they understand the change in meal option, especially if you have opted out of the meal plan. (In the case of older students, we have found that you may need to inform them that you have opted in!)
2. We will also explain the changes in terms that are appropriate to each age group, in order to avoid the possibility of any confusion (The younger ones will need repeated reminders).
3. We also do not want children to go hungry. If you are not availing of the lunch program, please ensure that your children carry packed lunches with them to school in the morning, as there is no provision for one-off or occasional meal purchase.
4. We would like to remind you that the front office is not in a position to entertain tiffin or lunch box delivery requests.

Please remember that your current option will remain in place for the duration of this quarter. Any requests for further changes in the meal option will be considered only in the next quarter.
