Subject – Class VIII, IX: Parent Teacher Meeting
Dear Parents
This is to inform you that the Parent -Teacher Meeting for classes VIII and IX is scheduled on Monday, 26th March, 2012 in the respective classrooms.
The assessment report for the academic session 2011-12 will be issued on the same day. Parents are requested to attend the interaction with the class teachers along with their wards.

The last working day is 20th March 2012.
Parent Teacher meeting & Orientation Schedule
The Parent Teacher Meeting and Orientation for the new academic session, wherein you will be able to meet the class teachers and understand the plan for the year, will be held as per the schedule given below. The class teachers will inform you about the PTM and Orientation timings.

Stationery Payment
The payment for stationery (and purchase of text books)for the next session will be made on the PTM between 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. A detailed circular and list of stationery items will be sent to you.
Bus Routes
The new bus routes for the coming session will be available on the school web-site from the 12th of March. For any clarifications or queries you can contact Mr. Anand Bharadwaj at 9818401300
Session start details
The new session will commence on the 2nd of April’12 and the school timings would be from 7:45 am to 3:00 pm.
