Dear Parents,
Since our children have settled down after the break & are now well acquainted with the school routine, we are rolling out our protocol with respect to school timings from Monday – 18th July. Please read the following points carefully; these will help our children maintain punctuality & respect time:

1. Please ensure that from Monday, children are dropped off at school gate number – 2 within the given time (0850 hours). And not inside the school premises as by now they are quite comfortable with the school space.
2. On days such as Wednesday open house, when there are parent teacher meetings fixed upon requests, the class educator will be issuing a green PTM slip to the parents in advance. Please bring this slip along with you for the PTM & present it at the gate.
3. As a part of inculcating discipline & having children make the most from each school day, we would discourage them from leaving before the school timings. Please see to it that requests of early pick up are made only in case of emergencies.
4. For security reasons, please do not drop your children before 0835 hours in the morning as before 0835 hours they would not be under the supervision of didi / class educators.

Children who come earlier than 0835 hours for attending extra / remedial classes, will be issued an ‘early bird card’ by the educators. The child would be required to show the card at the gate while entering. Therefore it becomes mandatory for such children to carry both the cards, identity card (school) as well as the early bird card (extra / remedial class).
