Dear Parents,

Respect for Time has to be a very high priority in any school ecology and bionomics.

While it is a matter of satisfaction that a great majority of students reach school on time there is a need for reinforcement and restatement of this virtue.

Timely arrival at school would enable students to walk up to the classroom, freshen up, enjoy Silence Time and get comfortably ready for the Day-Plan.

SCHOOL TIMINGS

Programme	Arrival Time	Effective Date
JUNIOR PROGRAMME	08:50 am	Monday, 18th July.
MIDDLE PROGRAMME	07:45 am	Monday , 11th July
SENIOR PROGRAMME	07:45 am	Monday , 11th July

Reaching school after the arrival time mentioned above will be treated as late coming and associated procedures will have to be followed before the student is allowed to enter the class.

Habitual latecomers and students arriving later than 15 minutes after the scheduled arrival time and will not be allowed to enter school. Concerned parents will have to make necessary transport arrangements to take the latecomer home.

It has also come to our notice that some students are reaching school very early, which is extremely unsafe as there is no one available to monitor their movement. Please plan your arrival to ensure that middle and senior programme students don’t reach school earlier than 07:30 am and junior programme students don’t reach earlier than 8:35 am
