Orientation of New Nursery- Change of venue
Orientation Circular for Nursery Parents(Session2011-12)
Dear Parents,
Weare happy to have you as the new membersof our school. It is heartening to seethe Heritage family growing bigger & stronger each year
Weassume there might be a lot of things you would want to share & know about,before we begin with the new session. So for this we have organized anorientation as per the following details.
Pleasenote the orientation date for your ward.
Orientation of New nurseries:
- 31st March –SectionA&B
- 1st April – sectionC&D
- 4th April – section E&F
Time:9am – 12noon.
Venue: Respective Nursery classes in the school building
Asthis is the beginning of a new journey for your child & the starting of anew relationship for all of us, we intend to co – create the grounds of thisrelationship with you, followed by a meeting with the respective class educatorswho will share with you how the whole year will look like for your child. We aresure this will help address your queries & and make it a comfortable &smooth beginning.
Kindly check yourchild’s class & section on the school’s website (www.theheritageschool.in)by 14th March 2011.
On the day of theorientation you need to bring the following things: –
- Approximately rupees 3,500/- forthe payment of stationery by cheque or by cash.
- 4 (four) passport size photographof your child.
- Details of the person, in case yourchild will be commuting through private transport, i.e. full name, vehicle,number, and contact no.
- Medical details of your child like,Pediatrician’s name, any aliment or allergies, immunization details etc.
The new sessioncommences on 5th April,2011.
Pleasenote that the school timings for Junior programme for the first week ofthe new session i.e.
5thApril – 8th April.will be 8:45 a.m. – 12:50 p.m. (which is one hour before the regular timing) tohelp the Nursery children settle in comfortably.
Theregular timing 8.45 a.m. – 1.50p.m. will be followed from the week commencing 11th of April.
