Dear Parents,
Nursery-XI: Last date for withdrawal applications for the session 2014-15
As we approach the end of the current academic year, our planning for the next session is underway. We request all parents to keep us updated on withdrawals as per the below given guidelines:
- All withdrawal applications for the next session are to be submitted in writing, latest by 17th February 2015.
- The application form for withdrawal is availableat the school’s main reception and a hard copy of the form, complete in all respects, needs to be submitted at the reception.
- Form on Exit Interview For Parents is available on the Website and this also needs to be submitted to enable us to process your withdrawal application. This form will be available for online filling from 7th Feb-17th Feb.
- Request for transport withdrawals for the next session need to be addressed to transport@ggn.theheritageschool.in latest by 17th February 2015.
Following the above guidelines would enable an early refund and also help us in the re-organization of sections. As per school policy, a one month notice period is mandatory for withdrawal. Any withdrawal application received after 17th February will be processed only on payment of next session’s annual fee and 1st quarter fee.
