Greetings!
As we are approaching towards Summative Two Examination 2013-14, through this circular we would like to share the Date-Sheet (Theory) for Classes VIII to X.
Please take a note of the following points related to the Examination.

Ø 22nd February’14 – 24th February’14: Preparatory Leave for Class VIII
Ø 22nd February’14 – 26th February’14: Preparatory Leave for Classes IX and X

GENERAL:

All the students must report to the School at the regular school time i.e. 7:45 am.

It is mandatory for the students to wear ID Cards.

Students are expected to have their breakfast at home.

Students are expected to bring complete stationery required and carry their water bottles on the day of the examination. In case of illness, medicine should be carried by the students from home along with a letter from the parents stating the same. Once the exam starts, no child will be allowed to leave the examination room.

Information for all Theory Examination days:

During the examination days, buses will leave the school premises at 11:40 am for the students availing school transport facility.

For the students who will not avail school transport, all parents are requested to make their own arrangement to pick up their wards at 11:30 am. Parents/Guardians are requested to carry the parent copy of the ID card of their ward for safe dispersal of the students.

MEDICAL LEAVE DURING PRACTICAL AND THEORY EXAMINATION

It is mandatory for all students to appear for Summative Two Examination
In case of serious illness, the leave application should be submitted to Class Teacher/SPL on the same day. Medical certificate must be submitted within three days of absence.
